This Community Service Plan Implementation Report 2007 provides a concise overview of Hospital for Special Surgery's realization of its Community Service Plan (CSP), which comprises diverse initiatives to help improve the health, mobility, and quality of life for the communities it serves.  The report is prepared in compliance with New York State Public Health Law 2803-1 and presents details of the Hospital's progress in meeting prior year's goals and objectives, and commitment to charity care.
