Manage Your Care - VOICES

Manage Your Care - VOICES provides support, information, advocacy, and assistance in accessing services to help you manage your arthritis and related conditions. We can also help you to better understand your options under Medicaid managed care. This free service is available to HSS Rheumatology Division patients and in some of our orthopedic specialty services.

Schedule

Staff and trained volunteers are available to assist HSS Rheumatology patients Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm, in our VOICES volunteer office, located in the 7th floor Rheumatology waiting area. We can also be reached by phone at 212.774.2011.

Patients in Knee, Hip, Spine and Rehabilitation Medicine Clinics can contact Berenice Mejia at the number below for social work services, or see her when at HSS for an appointment. Patients in Hand, Foot and Pain Clinics can contact Maris Pasquale.

VOICES 60+

VOICES 60+ is designed to help HSS patients, 60 years of age and older with arthritis and related chronic illnesses, with accessing services and support to improve quality of life. We can help you with emotional and family concerns and with resources such as transportation, homecare, and government programs (including Medicare), among other services.

Schedule

Trained volunteers are available to assist HSS patients in the Rheumatology waiting area and selected orthopedic clinics Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. We can also be reached at 212.774.7072.
