HSS publishes a Report to the Community each year that details our commitment to education and outreach programs within and outside of HSS to ensure all community members have access to the best musculoskeletal care, education, and resources.

Community Health Needs Assessment
HSS performs a formal Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years to identify healthcare gaps and guide the development and implementation of public health programs and services.
Community Service Plan
Using results from the Community Health Needs Assessment, HSS develops a Community Service Plan (CSP) and implements evidence-based community programs centered around promoting well-being and chronic disease prevention and management.
