Community Advocates

Pearl's Position

A 75-year-old community member, Pearl has been attending Yogalates classes since September 2010 and had observed improvements in her chronic back pain and a boost to her health. Read more about Pearl's experience.

Jenny's Journey

Jenny, a full-time mom whose primary language is Cantonese, was diagnosed with lupus in 2001. Since connecting with LANtern® (Lupus Asian Network), she has learned much more about her illness, and feels less alone by sharing with peers. Read more bout Jenny's experience.
