This program provides information, education, and advocacy services to help you with health care entitlement and insurance issues and support services needed to help assure your quality of life. A special component can help you understand your options under Medicaid managed care. This free service is available to HSS Rheumatology Division patients and certain other groups.

Trained volunteers are available to assist HSS patients Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm, in our VOICES volunteer office, located in the 7th floor Rheumatology waiting area. Volunteers may also be reached by phone: 212-606-1000 ext. 3285.
