HSS Rehabilitation Network

The mission of the HSS Rehabilitation Network is to provide Hospital for Special Surgery patients who cannot utilize HSS for their outpatient rehabilitation, with the highest level of appropriate continuous care within their own community. Physical and occupational therapists in this tri-state network are selected on the basis of their credentials and facilities. Each member provides high quality patient care at locations convenient to home or office.

The Network's major functions include:

Serving as liaison between patients, HSS and its physicians and Member providers.
Enhancing regional coverage for the provision of Rehabilitation.
Assuring that Network membership represents the highest quality rehabilitation services.
Acting as a comprehensive, convenient resource for Rehabilitation providers outside HSS.
