Orientation Information for Rotating Residents

It is our hope that careful review of this information will ensure a smoother transition to HSS. Please review all information prior to the start of your rotation at HSS. Any requested documentation should also be completed before your rotation begins. After you have completed each segment, please complete the attestation below.
